    碎碎念

        新年开始了,08是事奥运年,还是结婚年,呵呵,快过年了,好像更忙了,工作的忙着工作,考试的忙着复习,其余还有生活琐事一大堆...
        那天听到一句话,不懂得释放压力只知道忙碌的人是不会懂得幸福快乐的...
        所以阿,朋友们SHOPPING的,KTV的,YOGA,SPA的，SLEEP的，FILM的。。。
        看来释放的方式还是有很多，生活嘛也就是在这样的忙忙碌碌中渐渐品味到一些真谛，享受到一些快乐。
        不过呢身体一定要爱护好，最近一些朋友身体状况不是很好，我也处于时而晕乎乎的状态，要按时吃饭，荤素搭配，注意休息，加强锻炼。。。
        昨天公司对面的商场ONLY和VERO MODA打对折，我忍住了，眼不见心不乱，还是等忙完了这段再去乱一乱吧。。。
        HAPPY IS EVERYTHING！我的蹩英语。。。
